Kim's Korner - I've been riding
for years and I'm embarrassed to admit that I had never
gotten my license (sound familiar to anyone?). A month ago
both George & Halle ganged up on me and made me take the
BasicRider course in Cathedral City. What a great experience!
I thought I'd be uncomfortable, look like an idiot, and/or
fail the damn thing...instead, I had a great time, broke a lot
of bad habits (bad habits, moi?!?!), and now I can brag that I
have the M1 endorsement on my license. It was worth every
penny and minute! Call me at V.V.T. for more information.

Valley
V-Twin Newsletter
Name that Newsletter Contest! If
you love contests, try this one on for size. We've tossed
lots of names for this newsletter around and haven't
come up with anything catchy. If you've got a suggestion,
and we use it, we'll give you a Valley V-Twin $20 gift
card and bragging rights. We've had suggestions from as
far away as Tennessee..and "down undah" since the last
newsletter and we'll be putting them all up for a vote on our
website. Here's a taste of what we've gotten so far: VVT
Trade Winds, Desert Cycle News, Dirt-T Shop Talk, V-News,
CV TwinNews... If you've got a suggestion, just email it
to us.
Kuryakyn 20% off Sale! We're taking 20% off all in-stock Kuryakyn
parts, accessories and luggage through March 1st. We'll
take 15% off any Kuryakyn item we need to order for
you. If you've been having chrome cravings, it's
definitely time for some self satisfaction.
(discount is not combinable with our regular HOG, DRA,
ABATE, etc everyday discount)
Rides & Events Calendar
You should be riding...and playing...and going
places with your iron pony! If you've got an event or
ride to promote, please post it on the calendar. Lots of room
to post all the necessary information and no passwords
necessary...and, as always, no cost to you!
The Date
Festival
continues this week through the 24th at the Riverside
County Fairgrounds on Hwy111 in Indio. Fair and Carnival hours
are 10a-10p.
Newest addition to the
Showroom - 2002 FXDWG with apes!
Lo-Jack Installation Special extended
thru March 31st.
Lo-Jack with the Early Warning System is kicking butt. Vehicle
recovery times are amazing and more insurance companies are
giving discounts if you have it installed. We realize it's
kind of tough to fork out close to $950 for something you
can't see, smell, taste, or touch - that's why we're offering
$100 off the total price. Valley V-Twin is the
Coachella Valley's only Lo-Jack dealer for all
American Motorcycles.
