Korner -
I am
really excited about our 4th Annual Laughlin 1 Day
Run...and hope you can join us. George & Halle thumb their
noses at the high hotel prices (and the 3 night commitment!)
and do this Saturday ride every year. George leads the way
while Halle chases in the truck…and all the rest of us ride in
the middle. We take the back way thru Amboy and take a couple
smoke/pit stops on the way…takes a little longer to get there,
but it’s perfect for new riders and those of us who don’t feel
the need to speed. We leave the Valley V-Twin store at 5:30am
SHARP and usually get to Laughlin (we normally park in the
parking structure at the Riverside) around 10am. We head home
around 6pm if you want to do the return trip with us. No need
to reserve a spot…just be at Valley V-Twin on Saturday, April
26th – gassed up and ready to go at 5:30am. By the
way, although we’ll be closed that day, we will have coffee
and donuts waiting for you!!

make sure you take care of your bike before you leave. We’ve

Riding
Trick:
If
you have Kuryakyn grips on your bike you'll notice there
is a chrome trim ring on the outside end (held in place
by four little bolts which also hold the end cap on).
Kuryakyn sells tinted rings which you can add to the
collection. Over time the tinted rings fade but there's
no reason to purchase new. Just get yourself
a can of Testors 'Transparent" paint (any hobby shop or
most stores where plastic models are sold) and spray the
rings (including the O.E. chrome one) in your choice of
color. It helps to run a piece of wire
through the rings and spray them while they're
hanging on the wire rather than laying them
flat.

gonna give this another try!)
We're going bowling
tomorrow evening, Wednesday (the 9th) and you're invited
to play with us. Meet our very unprofessional
group at Fantasy Lanes at the Fantasy Springs
Resort Casino. Cost is $7.25 each for one game of
bowling and includes ugly shoes. We'll start bowling at
7pm sharp (guess this means you'll have to be there
early to get ready to play). Lanes are
available "first come, first
served".
