Valley Rider News – June 6,
2008 Special Edition... (stuff that can't wait until next
week!!)
If you are in our
neighborhood on Tuesday, June 10th between 11:30a-12:30p, come
have lunch with us and get a gift! The new
Purple Slice
trailer will be here at Valley V-Twin. 82780
Indio Blvd, in Old Town Indio.
We'll be serving
hotdogs & chips for lunch (we're buying!), and
Jerry, the inventor of Purple
Slice, will personally be giving away a 32oz
bottle of Purple Slice
and a microfiber towel to each of the first 10 people
who show up.
If you've
used this awesome product before, we don't think we have to
say much more...
Ok...we're saying more...a little bird said that
there's a good chance that everyone else may be getting a
2oz sample bottle too!! We also get to check out their new
leather conditioner and watch Jerry detail a bike...could it
be yours? Check out their new & improved website
at: www.purpleslice.com
If you are one
of the 22 people who took the Basic Bystander Assistance class
on May 18th, you might be interested that we just received our
order of those CPR keychains Denise showed us...and really
cute emergency flashers (no they're not wearing
little coats
!).
We also got in a small case
of Electrolyte tablets. Each individual package
contains 2 tablets...small enough to keep one or two in your
pocket for riding/working/or playing in the
heat. These suckers really work - and well!! Denise gave me some
at the Motorcycle Awareness Month event - 114
degrees of course - and I managed to make it
through the day without passing out or getting
sick. If you've ever had heatstroke like me, you'll think these things
are awesome.
Please, always ride
safe and sober!
